Hi all, as most of you know the school will be closed throughout July and August, therefore I will on the Friday 29th June 2018 be holding a final class which will be an intense heart work session, for those of you who want to clear the passageway to your hearts and soul.
In July, I will be holding a full Moon Tai Chi and sacred Qigong heart work shop. We will meet on Makenzie Beach in Larnaca. The sand is really good and firm to do Tai Chi on and there is plenty of space, not forgetting the moon on Makenzie beach is a wonderful site to behold. I know it is a busy beach during the day and active during the evenings with the coffee bars and so on. However its a great location, near to Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, but mostly it is the room we will have available and as I said the sand is great to work on.
Here is the final part of the back pain management workshop. In this workshop I will be taking you all through a thorough workout from beginning to end for the first part. After a short break, we will be going through individual exercises and breathing techniques, with special attention being applied to the final five exercises and the important role of a chiropractor and Osteopath.
Hi all, first of all thank you for attending part one of the workshop, but now we must move on to part two. At the moment I cannot take on people who have missed part one, because of the discussion we had and a try out of the exercises, which allowed me to review the fitness levels at an individual level. However I will repeat the workshops again starting in September for those of you who have missed out.
In this workshop, I will be showing some foundation exercises to help people with back problems, such as Scoliosis, disc, nerves, bone, tendons and muscle problems. As most of you are aware you have seen over the year how I have managed my own problems with my back stemming from an injury I received over 40 years ago. I would like to share with you all how I manage to alleviate the pain, strengthen the spine, muscles and tendons and relax the nervous systems.
