I will be holding a 12 week beginners class starting on the 10th September 2019. The class will start at 6:30pm to 8:00pm. We will be outside in a nice private garden, with full facilities. During the 12 weeks you will learn all about the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, the principals, foot work, and learning the 16 step foundation form, based on the Yang style of Tai Chi. In addition to this, you will also learn, level one of the Qigong system.
Classes are held weekly and it is recommended that students attend a regular weekly class. Each class will run for one and a half hours.
What to wear:
Loose clothing and flat shoes, socks or light trainers if possible. It is not recommended to do Tai Chi in bare foot. Tai Chi and Qigong is carried out standing up, so no need to bring mats unless notified by your teacher.
